Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong product.

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Books with signs of use, bent pages, or writing/highlighting.

  • Products damaged due to customer handling.

  • Digital products, sale items, or custom-made orders.

3. Return Request Process

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via WhatsApp at +92 329 5519759 with your Order ID and proof (photos/videos).

  • Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility before approving the return.

4. Refund Method

  • If approved, refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be made through a transfer to your account.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong/damaged item).
